Returns

I want you to love your jewelry as much as I loved making it. If something isn’t right, here’s how I handle returns:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused).
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• To start a return, email me at orders@creationsbyshelley.com and I’ll send you simple instructions.

Non-returnable items

Because of hygiene and safety, I can’t accept returns on:

• Earrings that have been worn
• Custom or personalized items
