Curious about shipping, custom orders, or how to care for your jewelry? We’ve gathered the questions we hear most often (so you don’t have to wonder).

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your package is on the way. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timeframes will be discussed with you and confirmed prior to purchase. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and does not include processing time.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes! It depends on the piece and my current workload. If you have something in mind, send me a message at orders@creationsbyshelley.com and we’ll see what’s possible. Processing time for custom or made-to-order items may be longer than standard orders and will be discussed and agreed upon with you before purchase.

What materials do you use?

I use a mix of sterling silver, stainless steel, natural stones, and hypoallergenic findings. Each product description lists the materials used so you know exactly what you’re getting. If you have metal sensitivities, please read the product details carefully or reach out with questions before purchasing.

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Store pieces in a dry place (a little baggie or jewelry box works great).

  • Avoid showering, swimming, or sleeping in your jewelry.

  • Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to keep it looking fresh.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every order comes in a gift ready pouch, but if you’d like me to wrap it a little extra fancy, just leave me a note at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Right now, I ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to place an order, reach out and we’ll see if we can make it happen.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. In short: returns are accepted within 14 days if unworn/unused. Certain items like custom orders or worn earrings are non-returnable.

How do I access my customer account or order history?

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email with your order details and a secure link to view your order status.

If you’ve created a customer account, you can sign in anytime using your email — no password required! Simply enter your email, and Shopify will send you a one-time code to access your account securely. From there, you can view past orders, check order status, and update your information.
